corner of Westchester and Berkshire. There is a Ross, Marshalls, DSW and CVS in the building

CVS is the front of the building.
Go in the building and up the escalator

At the top of the escalator look to your left. The suite is called Salon Boutique

Go inside the suite and I am the fourth door on the right, Room 21.
